Izy is passionate about supporting women with Endometriosis through their life cycles with gentle breathwork, mindful movement and restorative stillness. 


‘Gentle Yoga became a part of my healing process and holistic lifestyle after being diagnosed with a Borderline Ovarian Tumour in my early 20’s and then a couple of years later with Endometriosis.’ 


Muscles can become tight from the discomfort of Endometriosis and also weak due to poor posture, pain, inactivity and surgery. Therefore, it is really important to nourish, relax and soften the muscles of the pelvic area and the whole body.

Not suitable for pregnancy.
